the crew and set up was amazing and knew what they were doing. unfortunately it was a slow day, not many bites and the weather conditions were not in our favor. we did catch a few small ones, overall it was a great learning experience and Captain Jay was very easy to communicate with when preping up for the charter. definitely want to try and run it back!
We had an absolute blast fishing with Capt. Jay and first mate Jimmy! The weather was a bit outcast, however, safe enough for half day of pleasure. Capt. Jay kept us informed about weather conditions during the process of booking and finally our BIG day was here! His experience, knowledge, accommodating and friendly attitude made us feel comfortable. The boat was clean and high equipped with top-of-the-line gear. We had a few releases, however, nothing concrete until my daughter had the thrill to fight her biggest King! A 22Lb full force beautiful salmon caught & released. If you want a guide who is dedicated to getting you on the fish and ensuring a successful day, Capt. Jay is certainly the real deal. The captains were well trained and very knowledgeable. They took us to the right spot where the salmons were biting. We caught four salmons and also got to keep one for dinner. I will highly recommend this team to all my friends and family.
We caught 4 king salmons during the trip, took 2 home. Captain Jay and Scott are very friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend other friends to take another trip with them!
