My friends and I had so much fun during this scalloping trip. Captain Heath was so chill and very knowledgeable about how to spot scallops in the sea grass. We ended up catching a lot! Next year we are definitely going to book with him again!
Heath was an outstanding guide for our family’s first scalloping charter. My husband, our two preteens, and I had an amazing time. He put us on the scallops, and we were able to catch our limit! The boat was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for our family of four. Heath was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Toward the end of our trip, a storm rolled in. Rather than rushing back to the boat ramp, Heath made our safety and comfort his top priority. He navigated us away from the storm and waited until it was safe to head back. Even though we returned later than expected, he never rushed us and still took the time to clean all of our scallops. We couldn’t have asked for a better first scalloping experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable guide who genuinely cares about his guests, I highly recommend booking a trip with Heath. We will definitely be back!

Captain Heath was very accommodating when having to change our booking due to Florida summer storms. He even got up at 5am to confirm our trip was good to go before we got on the road to drive over. We found quite a bit of scallops at our second stop. Heath never made us feel rushed, we always felt safe, had fun and didn’t have to clean the scallops!
Great day on the water with Captain Heath. We caught some scallops but the area was very crowded. We still had a really fun experience. Captains communication was excellent before and during the trip. We will be booking a fishing trip next with him. Would definitely recommend. Remember to wear a UV shirt while scalloping.

Capt. Heath at Red Fin Addict Inshore Charters was phenominal. 10/10 recommend booking with Heath. The trip landed us a nice take home fish but that wasn’t the best part, it was the knowledge and conversations we got from Capt. Heath. We had an absolute blast on our half day trip!
