A beautiful Friday afternoon

Myself and 3 buddies left Bronte Harbour with Captain Jay Wilson at 2:30 pm and literally within 5 mins of having the first line in the water we caught our first fish. It wasn't a huge one but we were off to a great start and for the rest of the day we had action about every half hour to 45 mins including a triple header in which we landed two. I'll take the blame for losing the third one (my bad). All in all we landed four-10 ish pounders and another four- 3 to 5 pounds, mostly salmon and a few rainbows. With about 30 years experience as a charter boat captain Jay really knows what he's doing out there and I can't think of too many better ways to spend a beautiful Friday afternoon.

    Fishing with Jay

    We had an absolute blast fishing with Capt. Jay and first mate Jimmy! The weather was a bit outcast, however, safe enough for half day of pleasure. Capt. Jay kept us informed about weather conditions during the process of booking and finally our BIG day was here! His experience, knowledge, accommodating and friendly attitude made us feel comfortable. The boat was clean and high equipped with top-of-the-line gear. We had a few releases, however, nothing concrete until my daughter had the thrill to fight her biggest King! A 22Lb full force beautiful salmon caught & released. If you want a guide who is dedicated to getting you on the fish and ensuring a successful day, Capt. Jay is certainly the real deal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing adventure! We're looking forward to book him again. Thank you Capt.Jay and First mate Jimmy!

    🎣 A huge thank you to Jay Wilson and Taymo Charters for an incredible day chasing Kings on Lake Ontario. From the moment we set out, Jay made the experience great fun—professional, relaxed, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about fishing. We had an unforgettable day with family and friends, landing three Chinook (King) Salmon weighing a total of 40 lbs, including a spectacular 24¾-lb King! More than the catch, it was the camaraderie, excitement and memories on the water that made the day special.     Had an amazing fishing trip with Captain Jay! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. The boat and equipment were great, and Captain Jay knew exactly where to find the fish. Definitely recommend booking with him. we had an awesome day and will definitely be back!”

    We had an amazing trip

    The captains were well trained and very knowledgeable. They took us to the right spot where the salmons were biting. We caught four salmons and also got to keep one for dinner. I will highly recommend this team to all my friends and family.

    Fantastic fishing trip

    We caught 4 king salmons during the trip, took 2 home. Captain Jay and Scott are very friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend other friends to take another trip with them!
