We had a great day fishing with Captain Mike and Captain Frankie from Kansas! They went above and beyond to get us on fish. They were super fun and we will definitely be booking a trip with them in the future!
Captain Jake did a great job and made sure we got to take home some good fish. The kids had a great time! Captain Mike gave us details about the trip prior to us going out and followed up with us after the trip. Awesome duel team!!

Expectations were set pretty high as we watched Captain Mike load several full size trash 🗑️ bins full of ice onboard. Mike did not disappoint at any of the several sites he selected to 🐟 fish. Site one was full of fiesty amber jack yanking our lines. Then it was off to snapper city. Grouper at the next stop. That's where the BIG one had my daughter "crying uncle" before the Goliath ended the battle breaking off the line. Kate was able to put two legal red grouper in the box. She dubbed her side of the boat "grouper city" and asked me if I wanted to fish there. I was content with the non-stop snapper action I was experiencing on the starboard side. Moving on, the next site also provided non-stop snapper action with an occasional grouper landed. Mike was careful with the release of under-sized fish, especially those smaller grouper who found the circle hook through their lips. It took me a while to figure out "don't set the hook, just reel" but I did. Just soon enough to put the biggest fish of the day into our bag and forever claim the fishing championship from my daughter... Once again Dad rules. Releasing way more than we kept, our Reel Blue C "landed" or boated amber jack, vermilion, lane, mangrove and yellow tail snapper, trigger fish, porgy, a Goliath grouper and MANY red grouper. At the end of the day my daughter and I enjoyed assisting Captain Mike in the ritual "cleaning of the catch" and the feeding of the pelicans. Thanks Captain Mike, we had a hoot! Sorry about wearing out your tackle. Suggest you check in the miscellaneous maintenance account for replacement funds. Kate & Kevin

My husband and I have been on fishing tours all around the country and this was our favorite. Reel-Blue C was very professional and dedicated to making sure we got what we were after, keeper grouper. Along the way we also caught 3 kinds of snapper, a greater amberjack, grunt and porgie. Mike taught us alot about the fish we were after, their habits and facts. The equipment was in good condition, our lines were kept baited quickly and the guys knew what to use to get the grouper biting. I am a petite lady and they helped me with the reeling and pole support as needed which I don't always find in other crews. Capt Mike even spotted a sea turtle and a a pod of dolphin for us to enjoy. The time flew by and by the end of the day we had brought in our limit; also, something we have never seen before on other trips. We definitely would recommend Reel-Blue C charters and plan on going out with them the next time we come to Fort Myers.
