Morning trip
Excellent experience! Brandan was awesome from the beginning. He called the day before asking if we would want to come an hour earlier because the morning bite was good, so we did. As soon as we got to his first spot, we started catching fish, we caught a lot in the 18 to 22 inch range to start, all using artificial lures. We caught enough fish that we tried switching it up just to have fun, I tried some top water fishing and had some fish hit but never hooked up, while our friend tried some flies that branden hand tied. He caught his first ever striper on a fly rod and branden even let him keep the fly! After we were set fishing for the smaller fish, we went and grabbed some live bait and hit some other spots looking for bigger fish. Unfortunately we didn't land and slobs, but we got a couple over 24 inches and had some big ones get off. The action was pretty good beginning to end and I have nothing bad to say about the trip.
