Afternoon bottom fishing den April 18, 2026 • 3 vuxna

Our party had a great spring afternoon on the water with Captain Chad and First Mate CJ. These guys busted butt to put us on fish and show us a good time on the Potomac waters with which they were obviously very familiar. Captain Chad's mastery of his Parker pilot house kept everyone comfortable (and dry) even when the seas got choppy, and he generously shared his knowledge of fishing and the area throughout our trip. We had an excellent springtime trip with this awesome crew, and we can't wait to return for another charter in the summer.

We did the half day afternoon trip. Captain Chad and crew were awesome! They did everything to ensure we had a great day of fishing. We caught a variety of fish (croaker, catfish, skate, spot). It was an all around great day out with the boys. Highly recommend, Thank you.

    Daniel and his daughter had a great time today while his son couldn't make the trip last minute. They caught well over 50+ keeper size rockfish today, as well as a few oversized fish. They had the boat limit within minutes of setting lines this morning. Good job guys on a great catch.

    Captain Chad was great. He was very helpful and laid back. During the beginning of our trip we weren’t getting any bites so he took us to some different spots and let us stay over two hours later then we were supposed to just so we could get some fish. I’d highly recommend Captain Chad.

    Capitan Chad and his First Mate CJ provided us with an amazing fishing experience. The boat was perfect and they made sure the lines stayed out. Although we were reeling them in almost a sin a they went out, we didn't keep many. All six of us were able to catch multiple fish and throughly enjoy the day! Capitan Chad and his First Mate have us the history of the area and the fish we were catching. They were patient with my daughters and taught my youngest daughter how to cast and take fish of the hook. My father-in-law lived the experience so much, he told me we need to do it again in the fall. I highly recommend Captors Chad! I look forward to our next excursion!

    We had the best day fishing with Chad and Dave! 6 of us went out as a 18th Birthday present for my nephew and it was well worth it. I give this Charter 5 stars all the way! I would highly recommend them! They had everything we needed including great music! All we brought were our food and drinks. They took care of everything else! We caught a ton of fish and the kids had a blast. We will be back for sure!

    Captain Chad was awesome. Has a great network of fishing friends trying to get us on the fish. We caught a bunch…some short, some keepers. The boat was really clean, Captain Chad had all the equipment we needed and changed up the Riggs all day to get the fish hooked up. We had great weather, fished listened to some really good music all day. Can’t beat a day like that! All in all a great day. We were first timers with this boat but will definitely go out again.

    Captain Chad took us for a trolling trip targeting striped bass. We had 8 trolling lines and caught many - we actually stopped counting after getting our quota and released them. It was a lot of fun. At one point we had all 8 lines with a fish hooked at the end! His boat is very comfortable and his cabin inside is handy if it was to be too hot/cold. He even has a restroom there. When we finished captain Chad kindly filet our fishes. That felt like VIP treatment. Highly recommend captain Chad. We will come back.

    Wow, what a great time and experience. Great captain and mate. Fish were not hungry, but the Captain kept it interesting. Can’t wait to make arrangements to do this again.

    I wanna first say a big thanks to Captain Chad and Mike. My son and I wanted to take a guys only trip this past weekend, we picked out Captains Chad charter boat for our activity... what a great Captain, was professional through and through. Boat was in an awesome shape helped my son to build up the courage to reel in big fish and to even hold one up lol Chad and Mike were patient and eager to teach. My son and I made some awesome memories we will never forget
