“Go Topless” Fishing Charters
Kapten Matt har fiskat nere i Mississippi hela sitt liv. Han kom nyligen ut ur den amerikanska kustbevakningen efter att ha tjänstgjort i 4 år på 2 olika bevakningsbåtar. Han fick sitt kaptenstillstånd när han var 19 år gammal och uppgraderade det nyligen till ett Masters 100 ton. Hans båt är en gedigen och pålitlig båt. Den är 25 fot lång med en helt ny 300 HK Yamaha som driver den. Det finns några olika typer av turer du kan ge dig ut på, och här är alla:
Hajturer: Dessa turer innebär att ankra upp och chumma (lägga blod och inälvor i vattnet för att locka dem). Du kommer att fiska med antingen levande eller skuret bete.
Ö-fiske med lätt utrustning: Denna tur innebär fiske med lätt utrustning vid öarna efter Bäckröding, Redfish och andra hårt kämpande och välsmakande sportfiskar. Denna tur skiljer sig från inlandsturen eftersom vi reser längre ut till havs och använder tekniker som ger en högre fångstprocent för vissa arter.
Red Snapper-turer: Dessa turer innebär fiske vid de kustnära vraken ochreven efter Red Snapper. Under fisket till havs kommer du förmodligen att se delfiner och havssköldpaddor och ha olika bifångster som hajar, Cobia, etc.
Kustnära turer: Dessa innebär att hålla sig nära stranden och besökareven som lockar vitöring, grundmulte, Black Drum, Fårhuvudfisk, Redfish och Bäckröding.
Ingår i din tur: båten, bränsle, all nödvändig utrustning, bete, is och fiskelicenser. Ingen extra kostnad för rensning av fisk!
Vad du bör ta med: solskydd, vad du vill äta och dricka, handdukar, solglasögon och en kamera. Inga glasföremål, tack.

He was fantastic with the kids. Each child caught the biggest fish they have ever caught. We fished several different spots and if the fish weren’t biting we moved. One of the best trips we have been on. So good in fact that we booked another trip for later this week.

All Day Trip – 8+ Hours den June 4, 2021 • 4 vuxnaMe and some friends booked this for the anniversary of an event we celebrate every year. Luckily Matt called and told us that if we waited a few days, red snapper season would open, and I'm glad he told us and glad we rescheduled. If we had kept every snapper we caught we'd have limited out in about ten minutes. Luckily we just kept the big ones and wound up with more meat than I think I could eat. My buddy even pulled up a 20 pounder and later a shark. Matt and Tom were great company, incredibly knowledgeable, worked their ***es off to make sure we had a good time, and I'd ride with them every day if I could. It's also my understanding that Tom freelances across a few boats. If you hop on another and he's deckhanding you're sure to have a good time.

My husband got sick not the captains fault we were only on the boat about 2 hours.... one fish was caught but to small to keep... so for a bucket list item the trip was disappointing not worth the money we paid.... captain was nice
Ever since yall booked me in March for todays trip I was looking forward to meeting and showing yall a great time on my boat. After multiple discussions about the possibility of a bad fish bite due to the recent storm we decided to go today. Yes, we had a very challenging bite today. I had a feeling it would be so I brought light tackle, heavy gear, and trolling gear to be able to throw every option out there to find yall some fish. Unfortunately, sea sickness struck Dwayne. If anyone has ever experienced sea sickness, they know it is absolutely miserable. I hated seeing him struggling and I could tell he was willing and trying to tough through it. After 2 hours into our 4 hour trip the decision was made to come in and call our trip short. I completely understand the choice to leave and head in, that being said I had other options and strategies in mind to try in case we weren't able to find fish at the current place we were fishing. As far as the cost of the trip goes, in the past I have given discounts for trips cut early due to weather, family emergencies, and other extenuating circumstances out of my control. When it comes to sea sickness in the right situation I could offer a discount. For this specific trip I could not reasonably warrant a discount for the trip due to having another trip in the afternoon that I had to cancel due to weather that I could have ran this morning in place of your trip. I completely understand that you did not receive the experience that your group wanted. That doesn't sit right with me, I want everyone to enjoy themselves onboard my boat. If you want to give me another shot in the future, I will be very grateful.
This is by far the best fishing charter I’ve ever booked! Matt owns and crews the “Go Topless” boat himself and provides a family friendly atmosphere and is open an honest when it comes to the trip you want. If the bite isn’t there he will tell you and give you recommendations to get you your moneys worth! I highly recommend him! You won’t regret it! We will definitely be back to book another shark trip or in-shore trip!
We had a great time fishing with Captain Matt! Not only did he call and check in with us several times, days before our trip, he wanted to make sure we had a great time while we were out in the boat! We caught some fish and enjoyed our time! Very laid-back and easy to get along with! Very curious, even shared his coat with our girl when she got chilly! We had a great time, and we’ll go fishing with Captain Matt again if we make it back this way!
