Southern Slots Charter Co. strives to showoff the best that Fort Myers and surrounding areas have to offer.
There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Spotted Seatrout, Speckled Trout, Ladyfish, Snook, Red Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, Tripletail, Redfish, Gag Grouper, and more. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Southern Slots Charter Co. is a child-friendly charter service, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 21' Bay boat with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with Southern Slots Charter Co.!

Humberto Rodriguez5.0VerifieradGreat Fishing
3/4-dags tur (FM) den July 22, 2024 • 4 vuxnaFishing was great. We caught Red grouper, vermillion snapper, big grunts, snooks, redfish, sea trout and even a Goliath grouper. Most of the fish were caught and released due to regulations and out of season, but it was still very fun and entertaining. Captain Austin is very knowledgeable and knows plenty of spots to catch fish. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

3/4-dags tur (FM) den June 23, 2024Captain Austin gave our family an incredible day of fishing. He was patient with our kids, knowledgeable and provided lots of "learning" for our kids. He took the time to teach us about the area, the sea life in Florida and how the climate affects the fishing in this region. He provided all the necessary tools for a safe and successful day on the water. We happily recommend him to anyone with kids or anyone just wanting a fun day of fishing.

Heldagstur den June 21, 2024Cannot recommend Captain Austin enough!! My group had two novice anglers and a seasoned angler all just looking to have a good time. The captain is very knowledgeable and had us catching fish in no time!! I already have another trip scheduled and can’t wait for many more in the future. A reputable captain for people of all ages and levels of experience! Thank you Captain Austin!!!
