Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Black Drum, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel, and whatever else is biting. During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with J&J Inshore Charters are kid-friendly, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your trip begins aboard a 20' Sundance bay boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Vi hade en fantastisk morgon med kapten Jacob. Han beställde fram underbart väder åt oss! Han hoppades att vi skulle fånga mer än vad vi gjorde, men vi var båda väldigt nöjda med vad vi fick upp & med upplevelsen. Jag fångade mer & större fisk än min förlovade & det är egentligen det enda som spelar roll 😂 Det var min första upplevelse av havsfiske & Jacob gjorde det enkelt & minnesvärt! Kommer definitivt att boka igen nästa år.
Kapten Jacob var fantastisk! Vi fångade lite av varje, från flera rockor till öring, flundra, Black Drum, fårhuvudfisk och till och med en liten haj. Sammantaget en fantastisk upplevelse, massor av skratt och en helt underbar dag ute på intraküstalvattenvägen!! Rekommenderas varmt om du är i området!
Kapten Jacob gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb med att hitta fisken! Vi fångade så många att vi ärligt talat tappade räkningen! 🎣 Man kan verkligen se att han bryr sig om sina gäster genom hur han behandlar en och ser till att alla får en fantastisk upplevelse. Black Drum och Redfish, Flundra, Blåfisk, Atlantic Croaker, fläckfisk, pinfish och Grunt. Det var verkligen en spektakulär dag.
Vi hade en fantastisk tid med kapten Jacob! Han var inte bara mycket kunnig om området, han fick oss också att skratta! Vi fångade en hel del fisk och hade en otrolig dag! Vi kommer definitivt att boka med J&J igen.
