These waters are known for Northern Pike, Pike Perch (Zander), and more – with any luck, it won't be long before "Fish on!"
During the trip you might be spinning, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Any fish you catch will be released.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll be casting lines from a 26' Center console with space for 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.
