B&C Fishing – Fort Gibson 

We have chartered all over: Mexico, Texas, Missouri, Florida, etc. Bobby and Colton gave us the best experience ever! The boat was quick to get us on location and plenty big enough for our party of 4 with room to spare. The electronics were top notch and let Colton do his magic snagging one after another. What I've learned over the years is that personality makes or breaks the trip. Bobby and Colton made this a fun, often hilarious, trip. Guides in our area are very similar in price, but I truly believe we got the best value with B&C Fishing.

This was my second trip with B & C in the last month! Such a fun experience — both times! We booked our first trip in April for my Dad’s Birthday and then within a week I got back on their schedule for a Mother’s Day Weekend trip with Mom! With Bob and Colton’s hospitality, knowledge and expertise — you’re going to catch fish and have fun doing it! The afternoon charters are great too, especially since we drove 5.5 hours round trip to use them! We will book again!

Boat Captain Colton was great and patient with our 13 year old grandson. Was hoping to go after white bass but Ft Gibson lake was 16 feet above normal, so we caught a mess of blue cats instead.

On a chilly, windy day in January I fished with Captain Colton at Lake Hudson, hoping for a couple of spoonbills and a bunch of big catfish, and that's what I got. First I caught 2 spoonbills immediately; I could have caught many more, but mostly I wanted the big blue catfish. In the remainder of my 5 hours I caught 24 blue catfish. The one spoonbill we weighed was 32.98 pounds, and the catfish we weighed was 24.74 pounds. What a morning of fishing! Colton Scoggins puts a fisherman right on the fish. Thanks, Colton.

Due to thunderstorms we had to postpone our trip. Instead of mid-July we rescheduled to a very hot August day! We wanted to leave early to avoid the heat. So Captain Colton gladly obliged and had the boat ready to go an hour earlier than usual. We cruised to our fishing destination as the sun came up. It was very beautiful. The gentle breeze and the beautiful scenery were magical as the sun began to wake up behind the tree line. It didn't take long and we started bringing white bass into the boat. After a couple of hours and a couple dozen fish we headed back to dock. Once there, Captain Colton filleted and bagged our bounty. We beat the heat and headed into town with an ice chest full of fish and stories to tell over breakfast. We were very satisfied with our trip and definitely recommend a charter with B&C.

Amazing time on the boat with captain Colton very easy going got us on the fish early and often. He put up with us four guys and made sure my 10 year old had a great time and caught more fish than he’s every caught in his life we will be making this a yearly trip!

We caught our limit of blue cats in four hours. Our boat captain and fishing guide Colton Scoggins was excellent. I had our 12 year old grandson with me and Colton was very instructive, encouraging, and patient with all of his questions. Very fun trip.

I fished for 5 hours on Fort Gibson Lake on a Wednesday morning in July with Colton Scoggins. I caught 24 white bass (see above), 2 hybrid bass (see above), and 1 channel catfish. I hooked 3 other fish that got away on the way to the boat, including a huge one (big catfish?). The fish I caught were all in the 14-17 inch range, and the action was continuous. I have the highest respect for Colton as a fishing guide -- the fishing was outstanding, and the conversations (when we had enough time) was very enjoyable. I highly recommend B&C Fishing.

Our Guide was great he was funny and knew we're the fish where. My son had a great time and is already asking not only for our next trip but he wants the same guide. I couldn't ask for a better trip.
