Halvdagstur (FM) • 2 vuxnaThis was the second time we booked with sushi time. We got paired with the same captain (Tony) as the previous time which was nice. We spent a lot of time trolling for tuna, did some bottom fishing for yellowtail then spent the remainder of the day slow trolling live bait for Roosterfish. We saw a ton of fish, but no takers. Ended up also seeing a turtle swimming which was the highlight of the day. We love to be on the ocean and catching fish is a bonus. Will book this trip again the next time we're in Cabo

Sounds like one of those classic Cabo days… lots of action around, plenty to see, but the fish just weren’t in the mood. That’s fishing sometimes, but getting to troll for tuna, try bottom fishing for yellowtail and then go after roosterfish all in one trip makes for a pretty full day on the water. And spotting a turtle out there… that’s always something special. We love that you enjoy the whole experience, not just the catch. That’s what it’s all about. We’ll be ready for you next time… and hopefully the fish will cooperate a little more.

Halvdagstur (FM) • 2 vuxnaWe came down from Fairbanks, Alaska for our anniversary and I wanted to try some real Cabo fishing. Sushi Time Fishing delivered big time. Booked the Sushi Time II panga boat and it was perfect, just us, the captain, and the open water. Less than an hour out trolling live bait, we hooked up with a striped marlin pushing 7 feet. Captain Pedro knew exactly what he was doing. The fish put up one hell of a fight, 45 minutes of jumps, runs, and deep dives but Pedro kept the boat in position and talked us through every move. Finally got her boatside and Pedro pulled it in. On the way back he radioed the dock, and by the time we pulled in the processor was already there waiting. Gricelda's Smokehouse cleaned it, froze it, and vacuum-sealed everything so we can haul it home to Alaska without any headaches. Super smooth. The panga is small but was comfortable for the two of us and felt just right for getting into fish quick. No need to get a large cabin cruiser for two people. Juan Carlos handled all the booking and was very responsive. He is super professional and made everything easy. If you're coming down on vacation and want a legit, no-BS fishing day in Cabo, this the outfit. We'll definitely be back next time in Cabo. Highly recommend. Solid 10/10

Halvdagstur (FM) • 2 vuxnaa had a lot of fun fishing with sushi time. our captain was very kind and got us hooked on two dorado! we even got a tuna early on but it got away. unfortunately we couldnt get a marlin even though we saw it jumping in the water. they just werent hungy i guess! the last 2 hours were slow but our captain tried his best to mix it up. overall i had a very fun trip! the price is worth it and they really do try to explain everything in detail so make sure you read the texts and emails!

So I know there are good and bad days when fishing.This was my first time using fishingbooker. I booked a half day am trip with Sushi Time. The whole experience was great for me! We landed 8 fish total. 4 Rooster fish and 4 Bonitos. I lost a few others and had a few other fish stolen from sealions. Juan was great to deal with. I would recommend him and will book again in the future.

Halvdagstur (FM) • 3 vuxna • 1 barnVery organized and clear with instructions. the extra charges (licenses, bait , dock fee) was annoying, but whatever. Pay in USD or you get a horrible exchange rate. The trip was good. Tony was a good guide, and took us out to a few spots. Caught a couple and then landed a shark which was pretty cool and a workout to reel in. the boat was small but it was fine. all in all, worth the money and would recommend it to those looking for a half day trip!

Fishing remains very slow this week, although all boats are bringing back one or two, with sunny and hot days, fishing was again very scarce this week, with very few Dorado and Billfish to go around, species biting are Amberjack, Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack, Spanish Mackerel and Trigger Fish. With an average temperature of 80 F, and an average water temperature of 76 F. With 29 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 95% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 39+ Amberjack, Bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks, Jack Carvelle and Spanish Mackerel, 4 Dorado in the +35 lbs. category and 2 Stripped Marlin. Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait and frozen ballyhoo. The highlight of this week, was the Amberjack. The Hot spot for this week was on the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.

An extremely slow week of fishing for all size boats in Cabo San Lucas, fish was very scarce, with very few Dorado and Billfish to go around, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack, Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo and the Yellow Tail start to bite. With hot and sunny days all week, an average temperature of 79F, and an average water temperature of 70.7F With 35 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 68% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 30+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks and Spanish Mackerel, 8 Dorado in the +35 lbs. category, 2 Stripped Marlin and 1 Yellow Tail. Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait. The highlight of this week was the first Yellow Tail this season. The Hot spot for this week was on the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.

A very slow week for sport fishing in pangas, with great weather although water a bit cold. Beautiful sea conditions, with some Dorado in the 35 lbs category and Stripped Marlin available, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack Spanish Mackerel and Wahoo. With hot and sunny days all week, an average temperature of 80 F, and an average water temperature of 74 F. With 35 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 71.42% effectiveness catching fish, a long time Low for Sushi Time. Our fleet production this week is 28+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks and Spanish Mackerel, 25 Dorado in the +35 lbs. category, 3 Stripped Marlin and 2 Wahoo. Our fish mostly caught this week on ballyhoo. The highlight of this week was the Dorado and Marlin. The Hot spot for this week was from the Arch to the Sunset Beach.

A slower week for Sport fishing as the water cooled down in comparison with last week, with beautiful weather and sea conditions, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack Spanish Mackerel and Wahoo. With chilly but sunny days all week, an average temperature of 78F, and an average water temperature of 75F. With 33 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 87.87% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 53+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks and Spanish Mackerel, 28+ Dorado in the +35 lbs. category, and 4 Stripped Marlin. Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait. The highlight of this week was the rooster fish caught on most of our trips that stayed close to shore. The Hot spot for this week remains the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.
The solution to any problem –work, love, money, whatever –is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be.

A great Sport fishing week with beautiful weather and sea conditions, fishing was very good with lots of Dorado in the 35 lbs category to go around, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack Spanish Mackerel and Wahoo. With hot and sunny days all week, an average temperature of 85 F, and an average water temperature of 81 F.
With 30 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 93.33% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 53+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks and Spanish Mackerel, 35+ Dorado in the +35 lbs. category, 7 Stripped Marlin and 3 Wahoo. Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait. The highlight of this week was the needle fish caught on most of our Pangas. The Hot spot for this week was on the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.

Great week of fishing, with unbeatable weather and beautiful sea conditions, fishing was very good with lots of Dorado and Marlin to go around, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack, Spanish Mackerel, trigger fish and Wahoo. With hot and sunny days all week, an average temperature of 83 F, and an average water temperature of 80 F.
With 28 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 89.28% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 42+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish, skip jacks and Spanish Mackerel, 35+ Dorado in the +35 lbs. category, 3 Stripped Marlin and a 200 LBS Black Marlin. Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait. The highlight of this week was the beautiful Black Marlin caught on La Pecas. The Hot spot for this week was on the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.
