Bojan Milojevic grew up fishing both saltwater and freshwater bodies throughout the Western Balkans. He still spends his summers fishing off the coast, but his true love is river fishing. He's a Belgrade native and has spent much of his life on the Danube. Bojan's favorite part of his job is introducing his customers to the beautiful nature that surrounds Serbia's capital city. Customers say Bojan is one of the nicest and most down-to-earth guides on the water who genuinely enjoys other people's company.     Four hour trip with captain Bojan

    We had a lovely day on Sava and Danube, crisscrossing from one spot to another and enjoying birdsong and lovely views. Time flew by! I hope I will be able to go again in the future.

    Evening Trip With Captain

    We had a great time on the water, caught zander and learned quite a bit about the history of Belgrade. Captain Bojan was on time, a consummate professional and knows the river very well. Fishing is out of a flat bottom jon boat with plenty of room for a single angler. I look forward to fishing with him again next time I'm in Serbia.

    They are right there, in the middle of the city

    Bojan recommended we target Wels, which we knew to be difficult to catch, especially compared to other species. It took us a while to learn how to set the hook on a bite (Wels are tentative, not aggressive), but once I figured it out I caught the juvenile in the picture above. Bojan was pleasant, polite and patient. He spoke English, and we had no trouble communicating. I think if we had listened more closely to his sage advice, we would have caught more fish. I would definitely recommend him as a guide, and you cannot beat the value.

    David, thanks for the kind words, I really tried. Although not a memorable catch, the fish is neatly returned to where it belongs in the manner of a true sport fisherman. I wish you all the best and more luck next time which I am almost sure of.

    Bojan is a knowledgeable fisherman when it comes to Serbia's fish and their feeding habits. We had a session on the Sava at a fresh - 3 degrees celsius. Plenty of fish on the sounder but no action. Bojan's friends 10km away had the same problem. Bojan has a huge array of soft plastics and even found some live bait that was hard to get at the time (live keder). He also lent us some clothes to help protect us from the wind. A great driver and always willing to help maximise chances of catching fish. Just ask him to check your technique! Хвала Бојане, једва чекам следећи пут и да буде боље (и пастрмке као си рекао).     Bojan was very helpful and polite He did his best to give me the best experience and also catch a good fish. He knows the area well. It was a lovely experience beginning to finish. So much so that i booked another trip the following day Thank you Bojan Highly recommended

    We were group of two: father&son and we had excellent time. Captain Bojan knows the best places both on Sava and Danube. Despite low water level we managed to catch few fishes. Great experience, highly recommended

    Bojan is a very kind and helpful guide with tons of experience with fishing. Even though the water was high and it was not the best time fish, we still caught a catfish successfully under Bojan’s instructions. He also brought us snacks and cold drinks. What’s better than spending the afternoon on Sava and Dunav?

    Bojan is very knowledgable & charismatic and we enjoyed spending time on his boat. Even though we haven't caught any Catfish, we learned a lot about the good fishing spots on the Sava river and main characteristics of fishing in Belgrade. He did all he can to put us on fish, but it just didn't bite due to bad weather conditions the previous night. I guess we just had bad luck :( The boat is comfortable and fast enough to get you on the fishing spot in 10-15 minutes. If you want to learn more about fishing on Sava, enjoy the great landscape by being the only boat on the river at 7 AM and potentially catch some Catfish, Bojan is the right person.
