Change of Plan? No Problem

A recent FishingBooker study revealed how much customers value getting up-to-date information. But sometimes, setting those expectations isn’t easy – especially if there’s a change of plan that you simply can’t control.

This is why we’ve come up with a quick guide that shows you how to react to unexpected changes while keeping your customers satisfied. Click here to learn how to:

  • Adjust prices on the water if your trips are cut short
  • Make changes to your listing, such as the number of guests you take and any other important details
  • Create new, customized offers for specific customers, such as discounts for veterans or shorter or longer versions of already existing trips

Did You Know?

Setting “custom” availability on your calendar lets you block out specific trips. This is great for days that you only want to run longer trips, or if you want to focus on a certain type of trip.
