There are all sorts of reasons why you might need to talk to someone urgently about a trip. Maybe you’re struggling to get hold of a customer. Maybe you need our help with a change of plans. Now, you can get tailored support with these problems faster, when you really need it. 

New support options available on FishingBooker's contact us page.

What’s new?

The contact page on FishingBooker has shared answers to frequently asked questions, as well as providing a way to call or message us, for a while. Now, it also provides a direct line to reach out to us when you’re about to fish, or you’ve just completed a trip.

Log in, and you’ll see any trips that are coming up in the next week – or that happened in the last 48 hours – at the top of our support page. Click on the trip, and you’ll have a direct link to call or message us, as well as options to manage the booking and contact the customer.

    Rhys here from FishingBooker. I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty with your calendar. Are you able to log into your account? You should be able to check your calendar by clicking on the Calendar tab on the app or on the top of the homepage on desktop when you log in.

    If you’ve forgotten your password, you can always reset it by trying to log in again.

    If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please contact our support team directly and we’ll be able to help.

I can’t seem to get into my app and after talking to yall several times about deleting one of my listing, both are still on there for some reason.

    Hi Capt. Ryan,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’ll pass your message on to our support team who will be in touch about accessing the app.

    Currently, only one of your listings is published and visible to customers. You may still see the other one in your dashboard, but you’ll see that it’s disabled, which means it’s completely hidden to everyone else.
