    (Full Day Trip – Sportfishing)

    Everything turned out great!

A very comfortable boat and a great crew! We're happy with everything! There's a good selection of tackle and bait on board. We caught a lot of fish.

    (Half Day Trip)

    April fishing trip

Captain and mate were very friendly and looked after us very well. They had a great deal of local fishing knowledge and set the tackle for different types of fish. Boat was well equipped and we were provided with soft drinks and food during our 6 hour trip. We saw a Marlin but he didn't grab our lure. All in all a great day out.

    (Game Fishing)

    Super Angelerlebnis

Good fishing, I recommend Salty Crew. They go above and beyond to ensure you catch plenty of fish. Yellowfin and bonito were our catch.

Dogtooth Tuna fishing is all about power, speed, and raw aggression. This fearsome game fish has sharp teeth and a bad temper. It prowls reef edges and steep drop-offs, smashing bait and testing even heavy tackle. Anglers target it for brutal fights, trophy size, and unforgettable strikes.

Common tactics include popping, jigging, and trolling. Large stickbaits and pencil poppers draw explosive surface hits. Slow-pitch or vertical jigging works when fish hold deep. Live bait also produces. Use strong braided line, heavy drag, and abrasion-resistant leaders to handle sharp teeth and rough reef.

Expect sudden hits, long runs toward the bottom, and stubborn circles near the boat. This is physical fishing that rewards calm focus and steady pressure. It suits experienced anglers, but first-timers can succeed with a patient crew. Bring sun protection, a hat, polarized sunglasses, non-slip shoes, and seasickness remedies. Pack a camera and be ready for quick photos and careful handling if releasing your fish. Weather and currents can change fast, so listen to your captain’s advice.

Rules for Dogtooth Tuna fishing vary by location. Always check local requirements for fishing licenses or permits. Confirm if there is an open season, area closures, or gear restrictions. Size and harvest limits can change, and some places encourage catch-and-release. Follow local laws and crew guidance to fish responsibly.
