Reel Busy 2 Charter – Darien 

Bill and Maggie were absolutely fantastic! We had an amazing time on our inshore fishing charter and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire trip fun and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care about making sure their guests have a great time.

Communication was great, boat condition was great, fishing location was great but Captain Bill was fantastic! He put us right where the catching was excellent, was quick to help take the catches of the hooks and bait them back up quickly, did not rush our time out there and he kept the conversations going and enjoyable. Absolutely will be back!

Captain Bill and First mate Maggie make a great pair! My husband and I along with our 3 kids had such a great experience fishing the waters of Georgia with them! Caught a variety of fish and sharks! They know what they are doinh thats for sure and they were so grea with the kids! Will definitely be looking then back up again if our travels lead us back to Georgia!

Captain Maggie and Bill do everything they can to make the most of your time. Working together to find what is biting and where. this is our 2nd of many more to come trips with them. The captains are friendly and work hard to guide and assist you and your crew. always a great time.

Captain Bill and Captian Maggie were awesome. They hooked us up right and sent us home with a good cooler of fish. My buddy and I caught our best reds. They were friendly, funny, and know the waters like the back of their hands. We will be calling them again!

Capt Bill did great in spite of the wind and Capt Maggie did an amazing job getting us on some nice keepers!!

This was our first booking on this website. We booked the mixed cooler fish trip and Capt. Bill definitely got us some cooler fish to take home to eat! Even though the weather and other factors made the fish a lot more sparse than normal (high winds made choppy waters, and an abnormally high tides made for VERY abnormally muddy water) Capt Bill still got our lines hooked on some shark, trout, and spanish mackerel! We had a blast hanging out, talking and latching with Capt Bill, and catching lots of nice sun, breeze, and fish! Since the haul wasnt as he expected (again, because of external factors from the elements), Bill even offered to make it up to us another time and really get us the haul we were hoping for. We had a blast and cant wait to book with him again!

We had an absolutely incredible fishing trip today with Captain Bill and Captain Maggie. From start to finish, everything about the experience was top‑notch. We caught several sharks and had nonstop action and fun, but what really made the day stand out was the personal touch and genuine care they showed throughout the trip. Captain Bill went above and beyond, especially with my son. He took the time to explain so much about the area, the different fish species, and even shared tips and stories that made the day not only exciting but educational. Watching my son light up as he learned and reeled in sharks is something I’ll remember forever. Captain Maggie was equally fantastic—professional, friendly, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We aren’t from the area and Captain Bill and Captain Maggie were so helpful in answering all the questions we had from fish, to weather, to different animals in the area, and even local myths. It was a great experience on the boat and was able to catch the biggest fish I have ever caught. The sun was shining, the dolphins and turtles were out, and the conversation was good. I would definitely come back to fish with these guides again! We had a blast!

Captain Bill & Captain Maggie made us feel like family from the moment we booked our trip. They asked what we wanted and DELIVERED!! The day we picked was not “prime” fishing because of the tides but regardless they made every second of our trip fun. Boat was roomy and comfortable. This was our first trip taking our 11 year old son and within 10 minutes he was hooked up to a trout reeling him in. Captain Bill spent a lot of time with him teaching him and helping him learn how to fish in the ocean. He even let him drive the boat. Captain Bill and Captain Maggie are amazing captains and we will be life long customers! We are already talking about dates to go back! You will not be disappointed booking this charter!!
