It was a slow day and the conditions were against us. Captain John worked hard and managed to find fish and put my wife on her first bull shark.

Booked a full day offshore with captain john, captain Steve was also with us this day and let me just say these two were absolutely exceptional! From start to finish we got the full experience. They were super knowledgeable about fishing in key west! They were patient all day even though we were beginners they coach us every step up the way and allowed us to be hands on! I’d recommend these guys a million times over ! We caught lots of snappers and even some African pompano which they said were incredibly rare to catch and only catch a handful a year

Wind was blowing captain Steve recommended we stay inshore to keep it calm and not get beat up he promised we would still catch fish and that we did! We caught 2 large mutton snapper , an entire bag and variety of other species of snappers and groupers including some big sharks !! Coming back for sure

The fishing was action packed all day the crew had bait penned up and ready to go upon arrival we traveled about 40 miles according to the captain and from the rods didn’t stop bending all day long! This was amazing highly recommend

Fishing with Capt. John was a great experience! Very easy going guy. We moved around a couple times until we found THE spot. After that it was one fish after another! Then to top everything off he put my 16yo daughter on a shark which she has been wanting to catch for some time. She got her wish when she pulled up a 7’ 250lb lemon shark! Thanks John for a day of great memories!

Captain was an absolute legend on our fishing trip! From the moment we stepped on the boat, his enthusiasm and expertise shone through. Capt was there ready to go before we got to the dock. The boat was very clean and organized as well. He is very knowledgeable about the area, respectful and enjoyable to be around. We were able to catch a bunch of different species and had a blast doing so. All in all it was a 10/10 experience and I will be booking again next time I’m done in key west. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good time and a cooler full of fish.

Booked Capt. John for a half-day trip and had a great time. We caught a variety of cool inshore fish along with some excellent eating yellowtail snapper. He really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had the best experience possible. Everything was prepped and ready to go when we got to the dock, which made it super easy.
