I was hoping for a fun, laid-back day on the lake and an easy, memorable introduction to fishing for my kids-and Captain Charlie delivered all that and more. From the moment we set sail, he worked his magic to find calm waters and schools of fish, keeping everyone engaged and excited. He even let me DJ the day, and we had an absolute blast cruising through every genre—from jazz to country, rap to R&B. The vibe was perfect: plenty of laughs, action, and the kind of relaxed fun that makes four hours feel like minutes. Captain Charlie is not only skilled, but also incredibly welcoming and fun to be around. If you’re looking for a fishing charter that hits all the right notes—this is it. Highly, highly recommend!
We had the best time! We caught fish and were able to enjoy the day. We will be doing this again and would and will recommend this to anyone!
captain charlie and oakley were an absolute delight to fish with. he was knowledgeable, friendly, and just fun to hang around with! we all caught fish and he was just as excited a we were! i took my father any my son out and we just had the best time. good trip, good communication. highly, highly recommended!
Fishing started slow but luckily Charlie knew where to go to get some big bites. Ended up catching a few and having a good time. Charlie was a very nice guy and very laid back. Definitely a trip to remember.
we had our trip with captain Charlie. very tough fishing conditions winds were brutal. he worked very hard and still got us on some fish. would definitely go out again.
