we started with inshore and then quickly ajusted to offshore to find more fish. Gene was great, nice guy, easy to talk to and knew the area by heart. Nice rods and reels, and very nice boat! couldn’t have asked for more.

Gene was a great captain. Got us on multiple reds, i screwed up and lost a big slot fish. Caught hogs, specks, black grouper and skipjacks. I would reccomend for future trips.

This is our 2nd year going out with Capt. Gene and we had another great time. We caught a variety of fish, including red and black snapper. We fished in a variety of locations including a crater and a few sunken ship sites. Gene has all the gear and bait ready to go and will move/relocate when the bite is slow and makes a n effort to ensure you are catching fish.

Didn’t catch many fish, but had fun anyway. Wife thoroughly enjoyed it. Gene had lots of patience with me as I’m not the fisherman that my wife is and I’m not ashamed to admit it. We would love to go again with Gene and highly recommend him to others.

Gene is super friendly and knowledgeable. Gene was able to take us on a great fishing trip as well as show us some historical/local relics. Gene is passionate about what he does and it shows through and through. If you have a question about anything, this man has the answer. Will definitely be booking again! 11/10 Trip!
