  From Last-Minute Booking to One of the Most Memorable Days of Our Trip! 🎣

  We had such an incredible experience with Gun Mafia Fishing Charters! Our original charter canceled on us last minute, and Rob was able to accommodate us - and we are honestly so glad it worked out that way. From the very beginning, he was communicative, organized, and made sure we knew exactly where to meet, what to bring, and what to expect. His first mate, Scarlett, was an absolute rockstar and made the whole experience so much fun for the boys. They kept them involved, laughing, learning, and excited the entire time. And the fishing definitely delivered — we caught 14 walleye! 🎣🙌 What made the experience even more special was everything that happened after we got back to the dock. Rob already had someone waiting to clean and filet our catch, and since we were visiting from out of town and staying at Cedar Point, he recommended that we take our fresh fish to DeMore’s Offshore Bar & Grill. That turned into one of the coolest parts of the whole trip. We literally went from catching the fish that morning to sitting down and eating it just a short time later. DeMore’s prepared our walleye several different ways - beer battered, fried, grilled, and even turned some into fish tacos. It was absolutely delicious and truly felt like a one-of-a-kind Lake Erie experience. It doesn’t get much fresher than catching your own lunch and having a local restaurant cook it up for you the same day! This was easily one of the most memorable experiences of our entire road trip and something our boys will talk about for a long time. Huge thank you to Rob and Scarlett for not only giving us an amazing day on the water, but also helping turn it into such a unique, start-to-finish experience. 10/10 - would book again in a heartbeat!

  What an incredible experience with Gun Mafia Boat Charters! From the moment we stepped on the boat, everything was first-class.   Great time with our family of 4 on our half-day fishing trip. They did all the hard work for us and made sure we had the best chance at getting lots of fish even though rain was in the forecast. We ending up catching 14 nice-sized walleye and took them down the street to get them cleaned for a $1/pound. We then took some of it to a nearby restaurant that Rob recommended to cook for us. It was delicious! Highly recommend this charter!

  we caught so many fish we all thought are arms were gonna fall off it was a bad day to b a walleye for sure

  Captain and first mate was great. A storm came in and we had to get off the water. Captain Rob was able to work around our schedule and get us back on the water for the full time and caught a lot of walleye. The boat was nice and my son caught a 26” walleye his personal best.
