Captain Tyler Hillman, of Fathead Fishing Co. Started his fishing career at the young age of 2 years old running around the banks of Lake Ontario and its tributaries, fast forward many years later he is an established member of the western New York fishing community, winning multiple local tournaments, and continuing to grow and learn as an angler, now he wants to share his expansive knowledge with you, whether you want to go chase your personal best smallmouth on Lake Erie or if you want to learn the ropes, Tyler will work his hardest to make your trip fit your needs!

Captain Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He is extremely familiar with the water and even mentioned having over 800 saved waypoints, which really speaks to his experience and preparation. I had never used a charter service before, and he set the bar incredibly high. I really enjoyed the trip, and can't wait to schedule another in the future. Thank you again, Tyler!

Halbtagesausflug (Morgen) • 2 ErwachseneOur trip was a gift for my son who is an avid fisherman. He usually fishes local creeks and a few times a year from a dock on Keuka Lake. Tyler made sure to put us in places where we could catch small mouth bass. While we were out, he taught us more than we could imagine. He answered all my son’s questions and gave him a ton of tips. Not only did we talk fishing, but also cars, family (Tyler has two little ones at home), work, life experiences, etc. We also swapped stories. Tyler is a good guy. He’s friendly, entertaining, and wants his clients to have a good time. We’ll be sure to book another trip with him next year. Check him out! You won’t ve disappointed!
