Aaron was fantastic, put us on the fish and got our limit on Speckled Trout. Also caught Black Drum and a Flounder. Would come back and do it again.

Calm and fishy. Summer fishing is fun despite hot temperature our fishing is alwaga good top waters worked well.

First time in padre

Brothers first time in South padre. They had the chance of enjoying fishing early morning catching redfish. Later in the day we got into some trout and a bonus flounder.

Windy spring typical

Wind is the norm this time of the year. Our best fishing days are on the windiest time. These guys did well in 30mph winds.

Easter fish fry

Apr. 4, 2026 • South Padre Island

Local client of mine wanted some fresh fish for a easter fish fry with family. We set out early morning drift fishing for redfish using gold weedless spoons. Catch their six red in about an hour and half of non stop casting we moved over to deeper water looking for a trout bite. Guys enjoy wade fishing so we all jumped off with our gear and caught some nice trout. A couple trout rannging from 26-23 released and 5 were strung and a boat load of little ones let go. Great half day trip.

Mid day bite

Apr. 3, 2026 • South Padre Island

Father and his sons got into some redfish mid day as we started are morning trip later than usual. We tossed gold weedless spons in shallow clear water as redfish prefer this to get awag from boat traffic. We had fun landing 7 reds losing another 4! Fun mid day bite.

Typical spring fishing

Weather was everywhere. Cold front pushed in early monring, but that didnt stop these guys from catching fish. We had tons of action wade fishing pot holes catching redfish and trout. Did a bit of drfiting over deeper water throwing soft platics and i caught a solid trout I released. One of their redfish they caught off the boat measured to 28 inches.
