Fishing all the Northeast Canyons from Montauk down to Cape Hatteras, including Florida and the Bahamas. Capt. Peter has done it all. Now that is an accomplishment by itself. But there is no boring biography here. Capt. Peter's sums up his charter experience simple... 'Been there…Done that' Targeting Blue and White Marlin, Big Eye Tuna, Yellow fin & Giant Blue Fin Tuna… As well as Jumbo Fluke, Strippers, and Hugh Sea Bass.. Capt. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were welcomed with warm smiles and even a special Happy Birthday sign that made the day feel extra memorable. The boat was fully stocked with plenty of fishing rods and bait, and the captain clearly knew exactly where to find the fish. We caught a couple of flounders, a skate, and—believe it or not—a shark! To top it all off, there was a thoughtful birthday gift and balloon waiting for the birthday guest. An unforgettable experience with an amazing crew—we can’t wait to come back!

Fun Day of Fishing
Halbtagesausflug – entlang der Küste (Morgen) • 5 ErwachseneWe had a lovely day inshore fishing with Peter and his daughter (the first mate). The boat was great and well kept. And the grandkids had a blast reeling in fluke (as well as skate, a couple of sharks and even a crab!) My only complaint was that I found out the night before there was a minimum $200 gratuity to the mate, which was more than 20% of cost of the entire trip. This felt excessive since, other than baiting our hooks, she only had to filet the one fish we caught that was large enough to keep.
Antwort vom KapitänSteve.. We enjoyed having you and your family on board as well. Yes Everybody told me they had a “Great Time” a “Terrific Time” There was plenty of action for everybody. Most of all everybody loved the boat, and all its features... The two kids were over whelmed with joy and the total experience catching fish after fish. I am so sorry that you did not see the section on the listing requesting a minimum Tip of $200 for the mate. That wording is clearly posted on my Fishing Booker listing. I have been running charters for a very long time and NO one ever complained about tipping the Mates before. I guess you have NO idea on how hard it is to keep good mates on the boat. Most people do realize how important the Mates job is on a Fishing Boat. Like you said the boat looks great and is well kept because of the Mate. They are the Un sung heroes that make the whole trip perfect. The mates job starts at least one hour before the trip and ends hours later after doing clean Up. It’s a short season and No one wants to put in those hours because there is NO Money to be made. Again, I am so Sorry you missed the $200 Dollar minimum on the listing. I hope you can get over it. The most important thing is that Everyone, and I mean Everybody enjoyed themselves and had a Great Time... That alone is Priceless, and well worth the extra $50 bucks you voluntarily kicked in. It's TUNA TIME BABY... We had them BIG TIME yesterday Wednesday.
We are now getting Bluefin Tuna in a big way, and all big size... It's all happening right NOW... The whales, Dolphin, birds, lots of bait . and TUNA !!!

As the water gets warmer Blue fin Tuna will be showing Up Big Time.

It's Time to Book Early

Hello to everyone...
It’s been a Long and Cold Winter… Spring is the time we all should all be thinking of getting some Fun in the Sun and go Fishing... Big Time !!
This winter with our Customers in mind we have made many major Up Grades to our boat. That includes New Up Dated Motors, New A/C, and totally re done interior. We will be ready to start Inshore and Offshore Fishing this coming May 2026.
Last year the fishing was Great.. This Year should be Even BETTER.
I am giving a Heads Up to all my Customers to Book Early...
The Inshore fishing for Fluke, and Sea Bass should be in Full Swing by early May.
The Offshore fishing for Marlin / Tuna should also be Up and Running by early June at the Latest.
So call now and Book your Next trip before the choice dates are all Gone.

This winter while most people were digging out of the Snow. We have been Totally consumed with Up-Grading our Entire Fishing Boat.
We listen to, and hear our Customers !
With Constant attention to our Customers’ needs we have been working hard making our Charter boat Better than Ever.
With “Creature Comforts” in mind we just finished making major Up-Grades to our Boats Interior. All new cushions and Electronics including upgrading the Galley. We also finished installing the New A/C System.
You will NEVER be Hot and uncomfortable on Sea Venture.
All these Up-Grades will continue to make our boat a Stand Out from all other Charter Boats in Hampton Bays, and Montauk area.

Making Sea Venture Faster and Better than Ever !!
" Life is Short.... Fish Hard “ But do it in Style.
The 2026 Season is going to be our Best Yet !! Our Fishing Machine is Sea Venture a 40 Ft Topaz Royale is currently undergoing a Major Up Grade.
To make our Customers very Happy... We improved all the “Creature” comforts on board our vessel. This Includes major Up Grades to our Air Condition systems, and New softer seating Cushions.. I made the decision to Replaced both Motors, and install larger more powerful motors.. If you thought we were FAST last year, Well then you are in for a Big Surprise this year.
Additionally, we installed a brand New Generator, added New Electronics, and replaced all the interior deck and outside Lighting.
The crew and I are looking forward to this May, and the start of the 2026 Season. If you want to earn some serious bragging rights? Then you have to book the East Ends Ultimate Sport Fishing Charter Boat…

I just got back from Cabo San Lucas.. My Crew and I Crushed the Fish there... We released 21 Marlin... Boated 18 Mahi Mahi. 3 Wahoo and One Roster Fish !!!
Mean While back home we are getting our Boat Sea Venture 40 Ft Topaz Royale ready for the 2026 Season..We Re Powered The boat and Up Graded the Electronics.
This 2026 Season is going to be our Best yet !!! We will be back in Shinnecock this coming May..
The Crew and I are ready to start the New Year with a New Higher Standard for our customers..We look forward to introducing everyone to our New and Improved Fishing Machine...
