    For experienced anglers only

    6-stündiger Sight-Fishing-Ausflug 1 oder 2 Personen1 Erwachsener

Captain Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This type of sightfishing requires precision casting, which I lack. Chris took us all over the place in search of fish. I would totally recommend booking with Captain Chris Myers, but I would suggest bait fishing, unless you’re able to place your lure exactly where it needs to be.

Great Spring Action

Apr. 13, 2017 • New Smyrna Beach
The fishing in the central and southern Mosquito Lagoon has been excellent for redfish, trout, and drum. Schools of redfish will hit topwater lures and jigs. many days you can catch seatrout intil you are tired of relling them in. Black drum are along the edges of the sand bars eating shrimp or crabs. In the northern Mosquito Lagoon, seatrout, sharks, ladyfish, jacks, and more can be caught on live shrimp. Great weather and hot fishing will be in store for the foreseeable future.

Cloudy day redfish and trout

Clouds and wind put a damper on the sight fishing but we still had and excellent day catching both large redfish and seatrout. made it back to the ramp just before the nasty storms arrived. Fishing is great right now!

Good fishing even in the windy weather

März 31, 2017 • Titusville
With winds blow over 20mph, I offered my clients the option to cancel but the wanted to go anyway. By the time we started, the clouds moved out and the sun allowed us to see both redfish and trout along a protected shoreline. Action was steady using a DOA 3" shad tail on a jighead and numerous redfish and trout were caught and released.

Two great days of flats fishing

März 25, 2017 • Titusville
Tom joined me for two days fo fishing the flats of Mosquito Lagoon. The first day, the breezy conditions kept most of the other anglers at home allowing us to have the fish all to ourselves. Big seatrout could be spotted lying in shallow sandy holes and redfish were encountered in both schools and singles. The next day, it was glass calm and as it got light we were greeted with schools of redfish in every direction, The actions was setady all day with redfish and big trout eating both the 3" DOA CAL shad and the 5.5" CAL jerkbait. Clear water and sunny skies made for some excellent sight fishing conditions.

Nonstop backcountry action

März 24, 2017 • Titusville
High winds on the flats made us decide to fish the backcountry islands today. With 100 live shrimp on board my clients got a bite on almost every one. We used ultralight tackle making even the small fish seem big. The action was so fast I barely had time to do anything but bait hooks and release fish. this is a great trip for poor weather, kids, or people with minimal experience. You never know what you may catch and the numbers are high.

Great march redfish action continues

März 20, 2017 • Titusville
Clear water and clear skies are the perfect combination for sight fishing the flats of Mosquito Lagoon which is exactly what Bart wanted to do. We encountered both schools of redfish as well as single tailing fish on the shallow flats. A few shots at giant fish over 25 pounds were also in the mix. All fish were caught in DA soft plastic lures using 10lb braided line.
