Born and raised in South Louisiana, growing up chasing Speckled Trout and Redfish in the bayous and marshes with his father and brother. As a teen, Captain Kevin became hooked on Snapper fishing in the Gulf of Mexico as it was easily accessible by way of his father's bay boat when the weather conditions were good. With all that he has learned throughout the years, a new passion for taking others to enjoy nature and the sport of fishing developed. Captain Kevin prides himself on the fact that, by using his years of experience and knowledge of fishing, he can do what is necessary to ensure guests have an exciting and action-packed trip.

4 Stunden – Hai/Bull Red (MAX4) • 4 Erwachsene • 2 KinderWe drove to NOLA from MN and booked a fishing trip and couldn't be any happier!! This fishing trip made the whole trip!! My wife, 9 yr old daughter and 16 yr old son had an experience of a lifetime!! We caught so many fish in less than 2 hours!! Started off with getting double hookedup in the first 10 minutes and landed both sharks!! We then landed a triple hookup of huge red fish!!! It was crazy!! To finish the day, we caught a 90 lb black tip shark!!! Our captain was Jonah who was just awesome!!! My family appreciated how much of a professional and people person Jonah was!!! He was superpatient with my 9 yr old and 2 hours went by so fast as we had to cut our trip a little early with the heat 🥵 Huge thanks to Jonah and would recommend this group to anyone looking to land huge fish! Jonah knew right where to go and what to use! It was really non-stop action. Lots of bites, landed 4 sharks and 3 Red Fish! Thanks Jonah!!!!

4 Hour Trip –Evening Bull red/shark • 5 ErwachseneFor my son 24th birthday, he and some friends came out. My son insisted he wanted to catch a shark. I was not expecting that he would but our guide managed to find them and we did in fact catch sharks!!

6-stündiger Ausflug – entlang der Küste (MAX. 4) • 2 ErwachseneKevin was Awesome! Immediately put us on the speckled trout. We got our limit at our first spot. Moved on at caught redfish and a few flounder. Kevin is very knowledgeable of the area and a wonderful captain. Highly recommend booking a trip with Southern Angler Fishing Charters! Thanks again Kevin for this fun packed fishing trip.
