  Awesome fishing trip with Frost Bite!

  This was our family's first time booking a private fishing charter, and it definitely won't be our last. Captain Jason and his son made the experience exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our family of four, making sure everyone had a great time. The boat was spotless and obviously very well maintained. All of the tackle and equipmentwas in excellent condition and worked flawlessly throughout the trip. Captain Jason put us on multiple species of fish by taking us to several productive spots. While the bite slowed down at times—which is just part of fishing—he went above and beyond by extending our trip and moving to another location, where we had an unforgettable battle with a huge tarpon. That extra effort really showed his commitment to making sure we had the best experience possible. At the end of the trip, Captain Jason andhis son cleaned and filleted our catch, so it was ready to cook as soon as we got home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.If you're looking for a professional, friendly, and hardworking captain who genuinely wants you to have a successful day on the water, we highly recommend Frost Bite and Captain Jason. We will absolutely be booking another trip with them!

  Inshore Trip with 2 Little Kids

  Took my wife and our two kids (5 and 2) out for their first fishing trip with Captain Jason and it could not have gone better. Given the little ones we opted for the inshore route to avoid any chop, and Jason made sure we got just as much action as you’d hope for on a deep sea trip. In 3 hours we landed 5 fish — two mutton snapper, a crevalle, and to cap it off an ~80 lb tarpon that was the highlight of the day. A pod of porpoises also swam right up to the boat — kids loved it. Jason’s two sons, William and Oliver, were on board and they were a huge part of what made the trip special. Both kids were genuinely helpful, patient with our little ones, and clearly passionate about fishing — it rubbed off on my 5-year-old in the best way. Total blast. We’ll absolutely be booking again. Highly recommend Jason for families, first-timers, or anyone who wants a captain who knows the water.

  Best Day on the Water in South Florida – Pure Fishing & Fun!

  What an absolutely epic 9-hour fishing charter with Captain Jason in Miami! We spent an unforgettable day on the water with friends during our South Florida vacation, and honestly—it couldn’t have been better. From the very start, the vibe was perfect. Even the girls (who are definitely not hardcore anglers) had an amazing time cruising the ocean, soaking up the sun, enjoying the ride, and getting their first fish contacts. Smiles all around from minute one. Meanwhile, the guys were in heaven—jigging for snapper, full focus, full excitement. We kicked things off with trevally, which was a super fun and energetic start, and things only got better from there. Throughout the day we caught sharks and a variety of different fish species, keeping the action constant and exciting. While snapper fishing, we even had a big barracuda show up—pure adrenaline! On top of that, we were lucky enough to see dolphins, which made the whole experience even more magical. Captain Jason is an absolute pro—years of experience, super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You feel safe, relaxed, and well-guided the entire time. The boat is the perfect size for 4 guests, super comfortable, and honestly even nicer than in the photos. One of the absolute highlights: we caught a bonito while trolling and made fresh sashimi right on the boat—unreal. Later, we prepared ceviche from the snapper. Fresh, delicious, and such a unique experience you’ll never forget. All in all: a mega trip, perfectly organized, insanely fun, and worth every second. Time flew by so fast that we honestly recommend booking the 12-hour trip—you’ll wish you had more time out there. ⭐ 100% recommended – an absolute must-do in Miami! 🎣🌊🐬

  Captain Jason was great, very knowledgeable and personable. He put us on some spots and we ripped some lips. Would def recommend booking!

  Had an excellent experience on this fishing charter. The captain was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable and set up for success. He put us right on good fishing and stayed engaged the entire trip, offering tips and adjusting as needed to keep the action going. Overall, a great day on the water and a charter I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid, well-run fishing trip.
