From a young age, Captain Joe has had a passion for fishing and the outdoors. Born and raised in Oregon, he had many opportunities to explore this beautiful state. But, he found water and fished every chance he got. As the captain got older, his desire to be on the water grew stronger. As with many anglers, his fishing really started with Trout. Getting his first boat was a game changer for the captain, this expanded his horizons and he got to all those holes never accessible by shore. Years passed and the boats got bigger along with the fish. Guiding has been Captain Joe's long-time passion. For him, getting to share a day with wonderful guests and helping them get to feel that tug is what makes all the effort worth it!

Private Salmon Crab comboStarted the day heading for the big pond, way to rough of ocean and bar, so fished river with many take downs, until ocean let us out, and ended the day, sorting through many non clipped coho until this chinook gave in.was a great day on the water. Thanks Joe!!! I will be back for more. Greg

As river levels come back to steady flows we will have more and more fish getting into the systems we fish. For tge colder days we have the heater glowing to keep the chill off.

Had a great group today. All very nice individuals and was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Took us a hour or so to find a group of fish but as soon as we did we made short work of our ten fish! Back to the dock about 12 with the boat limit of nice sized coho and one dandy chinook

Birthday trip success!

This young lady wanted a salmon dinner for her birthday… little did she know it was gonna be the one she caught! Bites where scattered through the day but we kept our eyes peeled for dolphins and even got to whales spouting next to the boat! We had one fish left for our limit but Mother Nature decided for us to call an end to our day abd get back to the dock. Can wait to fish with this husband wife duo again!

Was a fantastic couole on the boat with us today. We had a great time together. The bite was sporadic but we manged to get a coupleof fish for them to take home.

Fish are getting Bigger!

We had a great group of cliemts on sunday. Was able to spend most of our day out on the ocean catching coho and this 18lb chinook! Spent the last few hours of the day in the river with nothing to the net but did get a couple of solid take downs to get the blood pumping! Fishing is only gonna get better from here as it is still a little early for them to be hitting good in the river. Look forward to getting you on the water! Tight lines and safe boating.
