  We had an amazing experience with Captain Jake! He did a wonderful job making our trip enjoyable while also teaching us so much about the different fish and the local waters. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and made everyone feel welcome. You can tell he loves what he does, and it made the whole experience even better. We highly recommend Captain Jake to anyone looking for a fun, educational, and memorable fishing trip!

  My husband and I had an awesome time! This Father's Day gift for my husband was for the memory books. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Captain Jake was very knowledgeable and professional. His boat had the necessary equipment and was organized. We caught 9 catfish, but released 4 because we did have the space to store them. Captain Jake let us borrow a cooler, so that we could get the fish we kept back home. We are looking forward to our next trip with Captain Jake!!

  We took our son on the 3 hour trip for his 8th birthday with Jake and it was a blast! Jake’s boat was extremely clean and we were thrilled to find out that it had an enclosure with heat! It was only 43 degrees when we headed out so it would have been chilly! He managed my excited 8 and 5 year old boys with ease and we had a great experience! The boys landed lots of crappie, perch, and catfish! Our 5 year old is already requesting this for his birthday in March!
