The winter tuna run is well and truly underway on the Gold Coast, with the longtail tuna finally showing up in good numbers! Saturday’s charter delivered some fantastic action, with the crew landing 6 quality longtail tuna and boating a solid cobia. Unfortunately, the taxman was working overtime, with another 4 longtails falling victim to the sharks before we could get them to the boat! ?? Despite the sharks stealing a few, there was no shortage of excitement with screaming drags, hard-fighting fish, and plenty of happy anglers heading back to the dock.
