Lake Hartwell evening striper/ hybrid

As the summer lingers, the fishing just keeps getting better. These hard-fighting fish are stacking up, and the action is fast and furious in the early morning hours, as well as later in the evening as the sun begins to go down. Limits are being caught and coolers are being filled. We do not stop fishing just because limits are caught, we keep fishing until they stop biting or until we run out of bait!!! The lake Hartwell fishing continues to be hot with yesterday's trip resulting in over 95 fish being caught by 9:30am with just 4 anglers.

Now is the time a mixture of those hard fighting stripers and hybrids with a mix of white perch, spotted bass, large mouth and an occasional catfish all in one trip !! The recent fish has been absolutely amazing with limits being caught and coolers being filled.
