Flounder on Cork!

Daniel and crew headed out for a summer morning trip, getting on the water in the early morning hours. The conditions set us up well for our fishing adventure with Today We Fish Charter and Adventures. We focused on bottom fishing techniques throughout our time on the water. These methods work great in our area because they let us cover different depths and structures where fish like to hang out. Daniel managed to land some nice Speckled Trout during our outing. We wrapped up the trip with solid action and good vibes all around.

One for the books today! We took Tarra and her two son's out for a 5 Hour Bay Fishing Trip with Today We Fish Charter in South Padre Island, TX. We set out early morning, ready to make the most of the summer conditions. The weather was perfect and the moon was bright, but that didn't dampen our spirits. South Padre Island's waters were calling, and we were eager to answer. As we headed out, I briefed the crew on our plan for the day, focusing on the variety of fishing techniques we'd be employing to maximize our chances of success. Once the stage was set, we got down to business, alternating between bottom and cork fishing throughout our adventure. The versatility of South Padre Island's fishing grounds really shone through as we moved from spot to spot. We targeted Spotted Sea Trout, a species that can provide some exciting action when you find them. While the fish were jumping into the boat, the thrill of the hunt kept us engaged. We stuck a few trophy trout on this run, but every cast and minute on the water was worth it. The sunny skies provided some relief from the summer heat, making for comfortable fishing conditions as we worked different techniques.
