Beschreibung des Ausflugs

The snook fishing has been good around the docks and seawalls around the Saint Lucie River. Catching them on artificial lures like the Yozuri 3D red head, large live shrimp and when available live pilchards. The latter being the choice bait. Started the day bait fishing just out side the inlet, we then moved inshore and caught our first snook on the first cast. we then moved around to different locations where we picked up a few more snook and jacks. Customer wanted to go offshore to pick up smithing different, we got on a school of Bonitas and had a blast. Our last bait yielded a 4 foot shark. Mahi was caught east of the St. Lucie inlet in about 170 ft., but the bite was scarce. We then headed inshore and ended up catching these two snook on the outgoing tide near the inlet.
