Had a great trip out with Todd and his crew. Caught a bunch of different species including some Cobia and a bucket full of mangrove snappers for dinner. Don't forget flatty the flounder!

We had a fun trip out on and in the water. Today we took it easy and caught plenty of grunts for some fish tacos. I ended up catching some spanish mackerel for some fish dip, and a bunch of short grouper. I finished out the trip today with an hour or two on the island showing some northern transplants out 90 degree water!

Arvy and his crew put a gurting on mangrove snapper this weekend. We hit our 4 man limit of beautiful snapper roughly in hour into the trip. We had to throw back twice as many as we had a blast freelining these swimming sandwiches. After our trip came to an end, this captain took his wife and 2 young daughters for a quick scalloping trip. Filled up the cooler in a few hours and enjoyed a wonderful dinner! Summer is in full swing and we have the spots!

Great trip out nearshore today. Had a great snapper bite most of the day. Loaded up with some mangroves before switching gears to get a few trout. Saw a good assortment of species including gag grouper, mangrove snapper, key West grunts, Spanish mackeral, sea trout, lady fish, puffer fish, ramora, wrasse, jack crevelle, and black sea bass.
