Wind prevented us from safely going off shore but, Damian and Steve kept of happy reeling in fish in the bay!
🎣☀️ What an amazing family fishing trip! We had the best experience with Captain Damian and deckhand Josh—truly top-notch from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with the captain reaching out the day before to lock in timing and even coordinate a closer, more convenient pickup location 👏 The boat was spotless, the music kept the vibe fun, and having a toilet on board made it super family-friendly and comfortable for everyone. And the fishing… incredible! Our family had the best time ever on this 6 hour fishing trip! Capt Damien and mate Josh were both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They definitely provided a good experience for all the skill levels. The boat was extremely clean and comfortable. We lost count on the amount of fish we caught: different types and sizes of grouper, red grouper, trigger fish, snapper, and a crazy tuna that had the reel screaming! We even saw sea turtles:) They gave us a super fun suggestion of bringing our fresh fish to a local restaurant to cook it up for us, which was the perfect ending to such a fun day!
Captain Damien made the best of the weather we had. Waves did not allow for ideal fishing. He constantly had to maneuver the boat to keep any opportunity to catch fish. A few on the boat got sick. We were able to hook up with some snapper and lost a cuople grouper. He was able to make the best of a not so ideal trip. Highly recommend. Captain Damien was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
Charter was outstanding. There two couples. My wife had never been fishing and enjoyed her first experience! I cannot say enough about our Captain and the First Mate, Joshua. Very knowledgeable and attentive! Ended up with 21 keepers including a Flounder and many Snappers. My highlight was reeling in a Lemon Shark and Grouper’s. We could not keep them but it was fun.
The captain and first mate were awesome. They worked closely with me making sure I was safe while fishing with a disability that causes difficulty with balance. The boat was wide and extremely comfortable with padded places to sit and knee rub rails which was key for me to be able to stand and fight fish, with their assistance. Booked a 6 hour charter where the bite was on all day. I was worn out from battling fish all day. I look forward to rebooking. Thanks guys. Tight lines and good fishing!!!!!
