This was the first time I used a charter, our trip was excellent caught a lot of different species,learned a lot, and captain J and deckhand Jason were both excellent people to be with. Highly recommend!!!

We had an awesome day on Captain J’s fishing boat! Captain J knew exactly where to go and did a great job trolling for the fish, putting us right on the action. We caught Spanish mackerel, mahi mahi, and even landed a large tuna that made the trip unforgettable. Deckhand Drew was fantastic, hardworking, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with bait, tackle, and landing fish. The boat had a bathroom, which was a nice convenience, and the whole crew were great guys who made the trip fun from start to finish. If you’re looking for a great offshore fishing charter, I highly recommend Captain J’s and Deckhand Drew. We’ll definitely be back!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We caught a Benita Tuna fish, two Maui-mahi fish and multiple Trigger fish with one weighing about 10 or more pounds. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone. We had three adults and two teenage boys and all of us enjoyed it.
We had a family of 6 including a 3 year old. All reeled in fish except one in our bunch. Caught red and black snapper, grouper, beeliner, and trigger fish. Captain and first mate were patient with our kids and very helpful. We had fun!
