John took us out in the pouring rain to fish. We had so much fun. John was very kind, attentive, and put us in some good fishing spots.

We booked a charter with A Line in the Water for my son’s 16th birthday, and it was an absolutely fantastic trip! Everyone in our group had a great time, and more importantly, we all caught fish. What a great day! Captain John put us on fish all day. We landed more than we could count! He had everything we needed to make our vacation to New York from California rewarding and memorable. He was a good coach helping us fine tune our technique. When he tells you to cast in a particular spot, do it. How did he know there was a fish right there, in that exact location?!?! Book a day with John Ernst and you won’t be disappointed.
