Had a great time fishing we left the dock and within 15 minutes we had a fish on and caught we caught 4 very nice fish 1 mai mai 2 striped marlin and 1 blue marlin mates were great as well as the Capt.
Not only did the captain and crew teach me a few things about deep sea fishing (unfortunately no fish caught), they also taught me how how to handle myself on a boat on the ocean. The motion of the ocean taught me that taking Dramamine once I boarded was too late, to avoid eating acidic food, and to eat my food slowly / chew it completely. (My regular apple for breakfast was not a good idea - it led to an unsettled stomach).
Captain and crew were great. They were extremely firendly and accommodating and worked hard all day to put us on the fish. Fortunately the fishing gods were in our favor as we had a banner day landing two striped marlin and 6 amberjack tuna. Everyone got in on the action. Great trip for those wanting a true deep sea fishing experience in deep open waters.
Started the day with a pair of the fattest skipjack tunas I have ever caught. Lots of birds and we kept trolling. Captain stuck with it amd headed North. Before too long WHAM! After about an hour boated a 95# yellowfin and a nice fat 110# yellowfin! Captain amd Mate were excellent. The boat was great and ises top quality equipmemt! GREAT TRIP!
Even though we didn’t catch a single fish, the trip was still a great experience overall. The crew kept things fun and upbeat, sharing tips and stories that made the time fly by. The scenery alone made it worth it, with beautiful ocean views the entire trip. Everything was well organized and the boat was comfortable, so it never felt like a wasted day. I’d definitely give it another shot—sometimes fishing is just about being out there.
Captains Joe and Jeff were fantastic! They’re no joke. I booked a full day of fishing and I believe they were working as hard the last minute as they were the first. Of course nothing is guaranteed, thats why it’s called fishing and not catching. They put us on some nice mahi and tuna. Great guys with lots of experience. I would definitely book my next trip with them.
