The fishing was tough, and my wife caught all the fish, while I could only feed them the bait. First time she has been fishing.
My daughter and I had a nice half-day inshore fishing trip with Capt. Tim. He offered us alternative fishing times to avoid heavy weather that passed through the Palm Coast area. The boat and gear were perfect for the Intracoastal Waterway and canals. The resulting fish tacos tasted great!
The trip was delayed by a day due to two days of heavy rain and bad weather. We started at 8:30 with the temp at 42 degrees so i wasn't expecting a great day of fishing. we hit 3-4 spots with just a bite or two with no hookups. Chris moved us frequently hunting the fish then it happened. In a 2 hour period we hooked into about 30 reds the biggest one coming in at about 8.5 lbs. we ended up keeping 2 just over 18 inches and let the big ones go, what a day.

My boys and I had a great time on our trip. It was 4 hours and we were on fish right from the beginning. This trip was perfect, it was fishing, not catching. We all lost a couple, but that made the ones we did catch that much better. Tim was knowledgeable about the area and was a pleasure to be with. The Florida wildlife didn’t disappoint either. Again, it was a great trip!
Captain Tim Jarvis got us into redfish right off the bat and later we caught some flounder and snapper. Tim gave us a lot of good tips and we learned alot. It was a great trip.
