We had a great trip with Brian. Caught some beautiful fish, Kept a nice eating Barra and a beautiful black spotted Cod. We also caught and released Mangrove Jack because Brian is passionate about protecting the species and the environment. We learnt so much from Brian about the fish, environment and fishing techniques. My mate has done 3 charters up here but reckons he he got more out of today than the other 3. Great day Thanks Brian we’ll be back as soon as we can.

We had the most incredible fishing experience with Captain Brian - truly one of the highlights of our Darwin trip. Brian’s warmth, humor and friendliness made us feel completely at ease. This was the kids’ first fishing experience, and honestly, I never expected them to enjoy it this much. Brian was endlessly patient and encouraging, making sure they learnt how to properly use the reels and helping them gain confidence with every catch. Their excitement each time they reeled in a fish was priceless. And the fish… we caught more than we could count! It was non-stop action and such an unforgettable experience for the whole family. What really stood out was Brian’s extra effort beyond just the fishing itself. He even helped us check which restaurants could cook our catch for dinner - and wow, the meal turned out absolutely beautiful. Easily the best meal we’ve had in Darwin so far, made even more special knowing we caught the fish ourselves. The boat was also extremely well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared, right down to providing sandfly repellent for us. It’s the little things that show how experienced and attentive Brian is. If you’re thinking about booking a fishing charter in Darwin, do yourself a favour and go with Captain Brian. You’ll leave with amazing memories, plenty of laughs, and hopefully more fish than you can carry!

We had an amazing first fishing trip with Brian. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. As first-time fishers, we appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and made both my son and I feel comfortable and included. Brian’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and great attitude made the day enjoyable and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic fishing experience.

Brian is a really good tour leader. We had a private tour. actually we should have it a day later, but therewas a double booking so he offered us a private tour, because we could change our day. It is lovely tour, we catched a lot of fish and Brian is allso a good chat.

Brian was a fantastic host, boat had all the gear required and he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Didn’t catch the fish we set out for but it wasn’t from lack of fish, they were all around us simply teasing and having a laugh. Will absolutely be booking with Brian on all future Darwin trips
