James is very experienced & we had a great time. We caught 1 striper & several tautogs. Cooked the striper up & ate it for dinner.

We had a great time. We delayed our departure from the dock about 20 mins late to allow for a rain cell to pass (our choice). Captain got us right out and gear in the water quickly. We were hoping for mackerel but they weren’t biting. We did hook 3 legal flounder (and a few that were returned) with some bottom fishing and probably 12-15 blue fish while trolling. Captain kept us fishing and first mate kept the hooks baited and cleaned the fish upon our return. We would happily fish with this Captain and crew again!
Captain James had us out on the water for a wonderful evening. He shared local history and taught us both about the area and how to fish and reel in sharks. He was kind and fun to spend the evening with. He also made sure the sharks were unharmed and easily released. Captain James helped our teen daughters "land" two different sharks - one we got to chase through the waters. Both were beautiful animals. We also got a lovely sunset. Thank you!

This trip was really one of the best experiences my friends and I have ever had. Captain James was a wonderful host, really great to talk to, crack jokes with, and super helpful when we were struggling. We caught a shark and a ray, and he even risked some of his equipment to help us get a huge ray! He was super informative too, and really made the trip worthwhile for us. Cannot reccomend enough!

Soo much fun. Captsin James is the man! Amazing c&r shark trip, me and my son went home with sore arms. His vessel “Too Much” is a 23’ big water beast. you will feel totally safe and comfortable. Highly recomemd.
