The trip was cancelled due to weather (predicted ground swell) - the Captain called the night prior to scheduled trip and offered a river fishing trip in place of off-shore. We declined - I appreciate him calling ahead of time.
Our trip with Captain Austin was outstanding from start to finish. His deep knowledge of the local waters and ability to find the best fishing spots made the day a huge success. We caught 6 redfish, 2 bluefish, a flounder, and several stingrays, and he made the entire experience fun, safe, and memorable. Would definitely go again!
Captain Austin was really competent in what he was doing. Knew good spots for good fish. He went above and beyond to make sure you caught a fish. Got on 2 mangrove snappers & 2 redfish! Would definitely recommend
The captain put us on fish immediately. We caught the limit of Red Fish with in 75 minutes of our 7:00 AM start. He worked hard to find speckled trout, but we never had another bite. When I am in the area again, I’ll use him again.
Perfect trip for a family adventure! Thanks Captain Austin for taking us out to multiple spots where we caught a total of 14 fish all together. It was me, my husband and my two girls, ages 13 and 11. We even kept a few and had them all cooked up at the dockside restaurant- was amazing! Captain Austin was so great with the girls and even if you are a first-time adult fisher(person). He supplies everything. You just show up at the dock, easy parking, get on the boat and go! If you want to go the extra mile for a great, family adventure, this one is truly priceless!!!!
