Hi Mark, despite the weather and the bad ocean swells could I have done something better for our trip? Im wondering why the low rating?
We booked the 3/4-day trip with Captain JT and had an awesome experience. He’s incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about fishing, and he took the time to really teach us. We fished several locations and used different techniques at each one, so the day felt much more hands-on than a typical charter where everything is done for you. JT has a focused, straightforward style and expects you to follow his instruction, but that was exactly the experience we were looking for. Our 17-year-old twins absolutely loved it, and we caught a ton of fish. We all came away better fishermen than when we started. Highly recommend Graphic Slayer Sportfishing, especially if you want to learn, be involved, and have a great day on the water.

Captain was awesome!!! was my sons and I’s first time doing this and he helped us out all the way. The captain was friendly and very patient and made us feel like we were friends out for a great day fishing. will recommend to all my friends.

The captain was helpful and taught us how to fish for the different species we found. The boat was small but comfortable for the four of us to fish. We went home with a full cooler.
We were relative newbies especially to West Coast fishing and JT did a great job teaching us some of the fundamentals.
