Beautiful day, beautiful boat, great guide, 8 walleyes and many sheep’s head caught. Mike did a great job getting us on walleyes, just short of our limit. We’d definitely recommend Mike. Thanks for the fun.
Great experience and a very knowledgeable guide. Even though the bite was slow today, the trip was still absolutely worth it. The guide worked hard from start to finish, kept us moving to multiple productive areas, and was clearly committed to giving us the best opportunity possible. He showed us several different spots, explained exactly why he was choosing each one, and taught me a lot about the fishery, presentations, and how conditions were affecting the bite. What really made the trip stand out was the conversation and the amount I learned. It never felt like just “driving around hoping.” Every move had a purpose, and I came away with a much better understanding of the water. You can tell he genuinely enjoys teaching and making sure his clients have a great overall experience, even when the fish aren’t fully cooperating. I’d definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to learn the water and spend time with a hardworking, knowledgeable guide, and I would gladly book again.
Terrible weather conditions, but we limited out walleyes. And caught multiple other species.
Captain Mike did a great job and worked hard to put us on fish. We caught some beautiful walleyes and Mike generously shared a lot of his knowledge about walleye fishing in the Oconto area of Green Bay. We would definitely book Mike and Small Craft Advisory again for another Green Bay walleye adventure.
What a wonderful morning spent on the water! Could not have asked for anything better. Captain Mike was patient with my boys, and took time to teach and explain every question we had. Definitely a trip to be remembered!
