What an incredible trip! What truly made the experience was Captain Matt. Captain Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the local waters and knows exactly where to find the fish. I booked an offshore trip for my son and me, and he worked hard all day to put us on them. We started at one spot and got a few nibbles, but he wasn’t satisfied. He pulled anchor, moved to another location, and kept working until we found the fish and then we were catching them nonstop! We had an absolute blast. If you’re looking for a captain who knows the water, works hard, and is committed to giving you a great day on the ocean, I highly recommend Captain Matt. We’ll definitely be back. great experience overall! I really appreciate the captain going above and beyond, especially with the lack of bites. I was having a great time and honestly wasn’t too pressed about catching fish—I was there more for the experience and spending time with family. The captain took us to multiple spots trying to make something happen, and even stayed out a bit longer to give us another shot, which I really appreciated. The boat was super nice, the ride itself was fun, and we even got to see dolphins during sunset, which was beautiful. I’d definitely do this again—just next time I’ll plan better and come during the summer!
Captain Simon was great with his communication after booking and leading up to our actual fishing day. He greeted us at the boat and off we went. He explained everything in detail and put us right on the fish. We ended up catching way more than we ever imagined. He even repositioned us to another spot where we caught hammer head sharks also. Great music, great vibes and best damn fishing trip ever!

My son Gabe and I had a great time with Matt offshore fishing. He was very communicative and helpful during the days leading up to the trip. He was on time and ready with a nice and clean boat and all the accessories you can think of. He was patient and a great teacher. We caught a 50+ pound kin mackarel that we will remember for a long time, along with cobias, sea bass and red snappers. Add an incidental shark or two! Highly recommended!
One of the best fishing trips I’ve ever been on. His experience and knowledge will put you on fish. We caught a lot of fish. As far as Captain Matt goes, he is the best captain I’ve ever fished with. Capt Matt’s trips would be great for any level of experience and any age. One thing I can honestly say when booking a trip with him is to have an amazing time and be prepared to come back, tired from catching all the fish.
