Amazing with kids, good fishing, book with Prime Time you won't regret.
I can not say enough nice things about Captin Karl. My daughter (6 year old) and I spent the morning with him. It was her first time on a boat, and he knew exactly what to do. We stayed in calm waters of the bay and gradually worked our way out as we were more confident she wouldn't get sea sick. He allowed her to hold the rod herself and have independence, imedeitly had us on fish to get her attention. He took time to let her safely touch, investigate and explore each fish. The fishing slowed a bit as it got hot and slack tide hit, but we moved often and never went long without a bite. The slower bite did not stop the fun. Captain Karl allowed her to play (slightly torture) some of the bait, "drive" the boat, and engage her whenever there was something cool to see. I'm also 100% confident that we would have had nonstop action had we not been catering to my daughter.
