Fishing with captain Wayne was awesome! Hes a really cool dude. He was nice to talk to and ask questions about the area. He let us decide what fish we wanted to catch and he brought us to an action filled area. Caught some trout, snook, and a shark! Had beautiful weather with some wind but he made sure we were all comfortable and good with the ride. Would definitely book again if im down in this area again.
I will start this by saying this was my first fishing charter experience outside of a group charter in Minnesota about 10 years ago… Captain Wayne was an exceptional Captain with special attention to safety and really knows the area, fish, his equipped and was able to get us on the fish pretty quickly considering the fish were not very active this week. He did such a great job keeping our lines baited and rod/reels ready, even taking our catch off. He was especially great with our twin 11yo boys who adored Captain Wayne and we felt like he was truly apart of our family by the end of our trip! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fish this area, he really made our day! The boys also have a few things to say here: Isaiah: Captain Wayne was so nice to My dad, mom, brother and I. He would put bait on the hook when we needed bait. Even if a fish were to bite the line and take the hook (happened a lot!) he would stay calm and fix it for us! He tried his best to have us catch some fish and we caught so many fish! This experience is out of this world! I would definitely recommend Captain Wayne! He’s even got a great sense of humor so you’ll never get bored! Definitely the best fishing experience I’ve ever had! Would do again! Jacob: Captain Wayne is the funniest and nicest guy ever ( my dad is too ). When my bait got took by a fish, Wayne helped me put a new one on my hook even if he was in the middle of something. He took us to a lot of different spots to have the chance to catch a fish. I caught 25 fishes and Capt. Wayne told me that I was a machine because I was catching fish one after another. Next year if we come back to Florida, I want to fish with Capt. Wayne. He is the best fishing guide.
We had a great day together! I really appreciate the awesome review from you and the boys! I think the species count was ten. What a blast! Trout, Jack Crevalle, Bluefish, Shark, Gag Grouper, Ladyfish, Snook, Sailor Choice, a couple of Pinfish and spooled when jumping a big Tarpon. The icing on the cake. On the last cast Ryan hooked up on a second big fish. Which we started to chase and SNAP on video! I think it was another Tarpon. Then "The Machine" caught one more fish on his last cast! Thank you for booking a trip! I think The Machine and Mr. Go Fast earned Hall of Fame shirts!
We are eating our trout and mackerel as I type. Captain is a great guy and knows his stuff. Caught my first snook but it was too little to keep. Will go out again with captain Wayne.
