I was joined by two of my sons(21 and 14) on a 6 hour trip. Nate did a great job finding out about us and what we wanted to accomplish. He then found the lake that fit the best. He did a great job in all areas and this inexperienced fishing goup had a banner day - hooking around 100 fish(mostly bass). The weather was cool, but we could not blame that on Nate. We hope to make this an anuual trip.

    First Trip Back Fishing in over 35 Years—SUCCESS

    This trip was bittersweet as we used to fish with my father before he passed away. Back on the water with Nate as our guide was so much fun!! I didn’t know what to expect, but he was determined to make sure we were successful. Nate had the best stories to tell and got an earful from me too.😝 Thank you Nate for being so down to earth and helping me and my son have a fun day at the end of a fishing rod! Thank you for fielding all of the fish questions and teaching us along the way. Nate knows his stuff…if you’re ready to go, give him a call!

    He went above and beyond our expectations. We were after pike and walleyes, and we caught both. The walleyes weren’t biting the best but we still landed 20” plus walleyes and some real nice pikes too. Took a break from fishing for the walleye and pike, and he put us on a bunch of real nice small mouth bass. We would definitely go with him again. Thanks again Nate

    My experience with Nate Berg Fishing Guides in the Brainerd Lakes Area was nothing short of outstanding. With over 400 lakes to choose from and countless species to target, I wasn’t sure where to begin but Nate made it effortless. He took the time to ask about our goals, preferences and skill levels, then tailored the entire day to exactly what we wanted. The 18’ Alumacraft boat was spotless, stable, and clearly well maintained. Powered by a Yamaha engine, it handled the lakes beautifully and there was plenty of room for our group to fish comfortably. I really appreciated the high quality rods, reels, lures he supplied. What truly set this trip apart was Nate’s local knowledge and passion for fishing.     Great Fisgung trip!

    Went out fishing with my dad for fathers day and was pulling bass out as fast as i put the pole in the water. The captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nate really made the experience special. I would definitely recommend him!!!
