We had a great day fishing and would recommend this to anyone. Caught a huge black fin tuna, barracuda and even a Caribbean reef shark.

Capt Nels and mates Daniel & Caleb were awesome! Winds were crazy, seas were rowdy and they still put us on the fish. I think we used every reel on the boat, trying many techniques, and put us on 2 massive sailfish off the kites. Very knowledgeable and willing to teach along the way which I really appreciate as an amateur angler myself. We will be back this summer to get out to the wall and get that next bucket list fish!
Calab, the mate, necer stopped workimg. we chartered for 12 hours ahd he never stopped. if yuu want a great experince with a crew that goes over top make sure to DEMAND Captain Hans and mate Calab for your fishing trip.
They knew what they were doing. Caleb( doubt I spelt his name right) made the whole trip great. From the time we started fishing, to the time we stopped fishing, he did not stop work on all the poles and reels. Had a great time. Must have Caleb, or is it Kaylup.

The experience was good. We caught fish to eat, it lasted as long as it was supposed to be, and I would do it again. There is a $150 fee for fuel, even on the <5 mile from land charters, that is hidden deep in the details. I received an email saying everything was paid, I divided up the money owed between people, and at the boat I was asked for $150 more dollars for fuel. I had to eat the cost, as it is obnoxious to come back to friends for more unexpected money. Charge the whole amount up front is my recommendation, it started the day on a bad foot.
Conditions were not great, but our Captain and Mates worked really hard to make sure we caught fish. We came back with 6 fish on a day that many others caught none. Great crew!!
