We have been catching a lot of black drum a ton of trout and a few flounder here and there but overall we’ve been catching a ton of fish a nice variety and making a lot of memories

Well I’m sure by now you have seen the video but story is worth a million buck. This couple last came out with me on there honeymoon and we killed it catching 30-40 Reds.. I get a call last week that they found out she had cancer and was starting chemo very soon.. After finding out all she wanted to do is come fishing and have one more fun weekend. So after catching 15-20 Spanish we had time for one last stop and one last cast before heading in.. Mr Cobia was about to write a fairytale ending to this day that I will never forget... With everything against us, fighting this fish with Flounder gear, 12lb line, nothing but a big hand gaff somehow we found a way..

Well we started out the morning trip going to a spot that was really good the day before and it was on fire. With in 20 min of our first cast everyone on the boat had caught 3 fish and not little fish but 18 to 28 inch Redfish. At one time we had 3 fish on and to say the least it was a little crazy. After the bite slowed down we started looking for some Speckle trout in and around the grass. Didn't take us but two moves before we found a small school of them and end the Trip with a stud 25 incher. All and All it was a great day with a great group of people.
